How to request deletion
- Email contact@dragneeltechnologies.com from the email address on your Commitments account.
- Use the subject line Commitments account deletion and include the account email you want removed.
- We will confirm the request and delete cloud account data. Our goal is within 30 days.

What is deleted in the cloud
When deletion completes, we remove:
- Neon Auth user
- app_users record
- Entitlements
- Registered devices
- Synced ideas and commitments
What may remain
- Local copies on your devices until you uninstall the app or clear app data.
- Google Play's own purchase and subscription records, which Google retains under its policies.
Partial deletion
In v1 we do not offer deleting selected cloud data while keeping the account. Deletion closes the account.
